FAUC®JOURNEY is a development program
| A journey starts with a FAUC®PLAY or FAUC®ASSESS. The proposed interventions from the assessment are input for the further development of the organisation / community. A journey based on the wisdom of the people involved and facilitated by GloComNet practitioners. The approach will focus on finding and changing the small things that change everything. In complexity theory described as intervening in the dynamic order by changing the underlying patterns.
A FAUC®JOURNEY is a mix of approaches and techniques: conversations, project hang-outs, workshops and experimentation. We had amazing journeys with i.e. a ministry, a medical diagnostic company and a construction firm. All these relations had the aim to become more effective and fit in an ever changing world.
