In the previous post, I outlined a few of the reasons why organizations are forces for evil. With all of those reasons in mind, I'll ask you now to consider that organizations are our only hope, and the forces that act on them are becoming more favorable by the day. Before we get into why this is, we should have a collective understanding of what an organization is.
